B&B Shuttles and Supervision is a proudly family-owned, Indigenous-owned Alberta company built on generations of hard work, integrity, and experience in the oil and gas industry. Our founder, Brian Baumann, began his oilfield career in 1969, working in the Arctic with M&R Trucking out of Drayton Valley, Alberta. Those early years gave him invaluable hands-on experience and laid the foundation for a lifelong career in Alberta's energy sector.
In 1978, Brian purchased his first bed truck and became an owner-operator, providing dependable oilfield services throughout Drayton Valley and the surrounding areas. Over the decades, he built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to safety, earning the trust of drilling companies and industry partners across Alberta.
In 2002, Brian expanded his business by launching B&B Shuttles, providing safe and dependable transportation for drilling crews traveling to and from rig sites. As the needs of the industry evolved, the company also expanded into rig supervision and field support services, continuing to provide the same reliable service clients had come to expect.
Today, B&B continues to support Alberta's oil and gas industry while positioning itself for growth in additional sectors, including industrial services, construction, infrastructure, transportation, and other field support opportunities.
B&B has always been more than a business. It's a family legacy.
Brian is especially proud that one of his daughters worked alongside him throughout her entire career, helping build the company into what it is today. Today, another daughter has joined the business, continuing the family's commitment to delivering dependable service, while other family members, including his son-in-law, have also played an important role in the company's success.
